Private or internal posts on public board#164
We’d like to give feedback by ourselves (from team - beside customers) and mark them just visible for teams. That would “centralize” the suggestions from team and customers and don’t need seperate boards.
Would like to ask if this is anywhere near consideration; or if this has been archived because of the implementation of #132.
I view them as different:
#132 allows for private notes of a post.
#164 is for the entire post to be private / internal only.
While I definitely appreciate #132, the issue preventing me from subscribing is #164, as I would require some posts to be internal for team members to leave their feature suggestions for internal tools and processes.

Ideally, I’d like to see this feature be implemented in a way that also allows Non-admin / Non-moderator users to submit such posts by marking them as a “confidential post”.
These posts should then only be visible to Admins, Moderators and the person who created the post.
Our use-case for this is a company internal feedback / suggestion box. Many suggestions will be open for everyone in the company to vote and collaborate on. Though in some cases, an employee may want to contribute more sensitive feedback, that should only be visible to company management. For our employees, it would be much easier to use if this were possible via the same communication channel.
This would be a superset of the functionality @Marjan Grabowski is proposing.

If you are ever unsure about who can see a private post or comment, hover over the ? which appears beside “Private” (see screenshot) and you’ll get an explanation.
