Users see only their requests.#151

Is there a feature in which user’s see only their requests and are addressed one to one. This would help in addressing contexts one by one with customers.

That sounds like an interesting idea. Thanks, Madhuri! Could you tell me a bit more about your use case? In your opinion, why should a customer not see suggestions from other users?

Hi Daniel! My usecase is that my customer come in and raise requests/ feature requests which are unique to their context. I understand Nolt’s base is on community voting on wanted features, etc. However, it would be easier for the customer to be just focus on their request alone.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks for clarifying! I still think the idea is pretty interesting. I’m just unsure if it’s out of scope for our product that is heavily based on community involvement. But let’s keep this suggestion open and see what other Nolt users think about it :)
