Add the ability to upload a background image to the header. Source: #99
Would really be helpful. I’d love that for my page.
I’d love to be able to created a more branded experience so when users are guided here it feels part of the main website. Any disconnect adds doubt to the user’s mind and friction towards participation.
Thanks, Steven. Have you already stumbled upon the “Appearance” section in your board settings? Adding a logo and customizing the board colors is a great way to reflect your brand better.
Yes, I’ve done this, but it’s quite limited. I’m running a Nolt pilot at the moment before scaling it up (potentially to millions of users) and it seems we’re going to have to resort to embedding text into the image to get around the limited text formatting options in the header.
It’s not a dealbreaker, but there are certain things I’d definitely change to make it more in line with our brand. E.g. selecting a font size that is accessible to older users who have poorer eyesight, for example.
And I’d like for the interactions between board owners (i.e. company representatives) to be more branded. Within a few minutes of our user visiting our board, I want it to be very evident that the company is interacting with its users. Nolt does this to some degree, but it’s not very perceptible to the layperson.
