📋 Overview

Kanban shows you the flow of work; the new List view is for getting through a lot of it. It's a spreadsheet-style table of your posts with the columns you choose, grouping and sorting. The big one is bulk actions, which run in the background while you carry on.

✨ What's new

A List tab for your team: Next to Kanban in the board's view tabs, admins and moderators get a List tab. Regular users don't see it.
Configurable columns: Show status, visibility, assignees, due date, votes, comments, the post excerpt, and any of your custom fields (including Text fields) as columns. Add an existing field as a column or create a new field right from the table header, and drag columns to reorder. The order syncs to your teammates in real time.
Group and sort: Group rows by status or by a Select field and collapse or expand groups; new sort options include due date.
Bulk actions: Select any number of rows and open Actions to assign users, change status, move posts to another board, set a due date, change visibility between public and private, update custom field values, or delete.
Background jobs you can track: Large actions run as jobs so you aren't left waiting. The Bulk actions log shows each job's progress and details; failed batches are retried automatically and interrupted jobs are recovered if a worker restarts.
Live and notified: Bulk changes and column reordering broadcast to everyone viewing the board. Bulk assigning and bulk moving send the same notification emails as the single-post actions.
Comfortable on any screen: Wide tables scroll horizontally, long titles are truncated cleanly, and the toolbar adapts to narrow screens.

🚀 Where to find it

Open your board and click the List tab in the view switcher (it sits next to Kanban).
Use the column controls in the table header to pick and order columns; group and sort from the toolbar.
Tick the rows you want, open Actions, choose an operation, and confirm. Follow progress in the Bulk actions log.

List is also available as a default view for your website widget, right next to Kanban.
