Add search and filter options for posts#822

I believe someone on Gimkit Nolt (https://feedback.gimkit.com/14040?comment=8f49deec-bd20-4675-b3b0-61028d299909) meant to suggest this to Nolt (in quotes):

“It would be helpful to have a search and filtering feature for posts. Currently, it can be difficult to find specific suggestions or topics when there are many entries.

A simple search bar and basic filters (such as by category or popularity) would improve navigation and save time for users. This could also help reduce duplicate suggestions since users can check existing posts more easily.

Thank you for considering this improvement.”

we have a search bar and filters for category and popularity

I think they might want to combine the search bar and the catagories or something weird.
