Allow users to create custom statuses and link them to automated actions (like, notify a specific team when a post reaches a particular status).

Hmm… board admins can create custom statuses, as to linking them to actions, an admin would have to assign it in the first place, so notifying wouldn’t make much sense. Also how would a user do this because then users could just make statuses that notify the board admins every hour, so that would be annoying.
