"Nolt Idea: Raise The Maximum Word Count!"#606

On the Nolt, there is a maximum of 3,000 words, but this allows some long and detailed suggestions to not be created.
I am suggesting a raise of the word count from 3,000 characters to 50,000 characters, which allows what should be the longest suggestion that one may need to make, while staying within reasonable bounds.
If you can modify Nolt enough that you can add a flag option, then you could probably raise the maximum word count easily. I do hope this will be added!
