Add option to report suggestions#601

On one website, we are frequently having issues with spammers submitting fake feature suggestions. It would be great if there was an option to report such spam suggestions.

@Cameron Danesh If there are many, reporting might be an insufficient approach.

You could instead add challenges for accessing the feature board (for a midsize product) or integrate some kind of spam assasin to detect & filter spam (like Spam Assasin or Akismet; for a large scale product; if the API allows for it).

Aside from that I agree that a report 🚩 flag button on messages opening a popup with premade as well as a “write free” (other) reasons option would be a useful (optional) addition.

I suggest that board owners can

• select whether they want to enable this feature
• set the premade report reasons

Reports would go to the board owner ~ or, if desired by nolt, could optionally be managed by Nolt on the Board Owners behalf as a paid add-on.
