Google Analytics 4 integration says it's active in Nolt but GA doesn't see it#599

I created a new Data Stream in Google Analytics for Nolt and copied that GA4 ID into the GA4 Integration in Nolt. Nolt says “Integration enabled” with a green icon. When I test it in GA it gives an error saying, “Your Google tag wasn’t detected on your website.” I’ve retried the test over a period of time with the same results.

I’ll continue to try it but either there’s a problem with GA not picking up the tag from our site on Nolt or there’s a significant delay, which probably should be noted on the integration to set expectations.

Update: after nearly 24 hours Google Analytics still says the tag isn’t detected.

This was resolved via email support. There is currently no known issue with the Google Analytics integration.
