Custom Slack notifications#529

We’d like some customization options for the Slack integration.

1. Push only some posts to Slack (manual)
2. Push to Slack only if it hits certain thresholds (more than 10 upvotes, categorized as “Critical” by our users, etc.)

We would like Slack to show posts that have yet to be approved. This is how we are managing approvals for moderation. thanks!
