Scroll bar for custom field answers#528

Right now if we have more than 3 options for a “select” or “multi-select” section, there’s no scroll bar to indicate that there are more options available for people to select. There should be one to show that there are more options available.

This is tricky because different browsers implement scroll bars differently (and choose to show them under different conditions). There is a new HTML specification which allows greater customizability, but it is yet to be implemented on most major browsers. Otherwise we have to force the scroll bar to show under all conditions - will discuss alternatives with our design team.
