Set rules for what posts are public based on tags#508

Ex: I can create a multiple selection field where I have the following options: Improvements and Bugs.
When a user reports something as an Improvement, it is available for moderation and public viewing.
When a user reports something as a Bug, it will be private only to the team.

Very good idea, in my opinion I think it should be added.
