Show title when tagging an item#434

It would be nice if when another ‘item’ in Nolt is tagged, rather than just showing the number it also showed the title (or at least a snippet of it).

E.g. Rather than #4 if it said #4: Allow up- and downvotes

I like the simplicity of having just the number showing - although I would stilll like it if your idea was implemented somehow, for example by having the title of the post appear when hovering over the number, without having to click it.
