Change posting person#374

I’d like the ability to change the posting person so we can find who posted what?
This comes into play when importing ideas primarily, but could be useful in a more general sense as people transition over time or change roles.

I +1 this. We’re trying to educate our user to use the nolt board, but for now we’re registering the feature requests we get on the support channel on their behalf.

All the users have accounts because we use SSO, so it would be best to change the requester to that user
