Github style issue referencing#367

When you reference an issue it should be able to show up in the timeline of the referenced issue, similar to how Github works. So ideally if I reference some issues like #1 #45 #100 #209 this post should show up in their timelines.

This can help with organization / knowing what issues are related more easily.
