Scrollable user mention dropdown list.#335

When trying to mention someone you could find that the users list the dropdown shows is very short and probably not showing the user you want to mention. Would be nice to being able to scroll it for more usernames.

Yes, it would be really great if immediately showed the users who posted / commented on the current post. I find it generally never shows who I want to when I start searching.
