Basic API#245

The webhooks provide the basis for the integration i want, whereby new posts in Nolt will create a ticket in Assembla. However, what i really would like is when a issue is fixed in Assembla i can send an API request to nolt for it to mark the issue as completed/archived/whatever. I can handle the integration with Assembla, thats not the scope of this suggestion, if you could provide a simple API that would be enough.
