Only allow users from a domain or a list of domains to give feedback

Thanks for writing in, Sivacharan! Do you think about something like private boards where for users from a specific email domain the access is automatically granted?

That’s correct. Currently we are using a public board but we are restricting at an IP level using custom domain but this will help us give access to only our internal users and clients without having to register members

Sivacharan - can you elaborate on your IP restriction? I’m looking to allow anyone from a certain IP range to access this, without login.

Hi Curdin, for us our use case is that only internal employees need to see the board. We don’t mind the login. So if we can restrict the board to a view only after login (Canny has this for private boards) or just set an IP range/ranges (multiple geographic locations) to view the board that will be helpful. Login after making the suggestion or before viewwing the the board is fine as long as board is not visible to people who shouldn’t see it

Being able to grant access to anyone with an @ourcompany.com email address would be great. IP based filtering would also work, but it is a bit more work to maintain.
