Accompany status changes with a comment (optional)#187

Whenever we mark a feature request as Completed or Archived, we also add a comment in order to provide more info.

This I believe causes multiple emails to go out to subscribers, one for the status change and one for the comment.

It would be ideal if whenever we changed the status, we would be given the option to provide a comment.

This way the subscribers would get one email and the feed would look much cleaner as shown below.
