When I want to keep my users informed of when a fix will be ready (and keep myself accountable/remember when I said feature would be ready).

I want to be able to set an estimated date of completion of a ticket.

So users can be informed about timelines.

Possible solution: Add the ability to create custom fields on a post that are visible to anyone (e.g., below the post title)
